A new 3D automatic reconstruction method of micro solid of revolution is presented in this paper. In the implementation procedure of this method, image sequence of the solid of revolution of 360° is obtained, which rotation speed is controlled by motor precisely, in the rotate photographic mode of back light. Firstly, we need calibrate the height of turntable, the size of pixel and rotation axis of turntable.
