文章运用行为博弈和需求激励理论,研究地方高校教师教学活动的科学管理问题。在分析地方高校教师群体特殊的人格特质、需求动机和教学行为特征,以及教师与教学管理层之间复杂的动态博弈的基础上,提出了构建地方高校教师教学自控与他控良性互动均衡机制的思路和方法。通过研究证明地方高校教学管理适合采用自主管理和外部管理相结合、外部管理引导和服务自主管理的人本管理。

In this paper,the problem of scientific management of local university teachers＇ teaching activities is studied by using the be- havior game theory and the demand incentive theory.
