由于无机实验室用到的药品仪器种类较多,且大量试剂药品具有易燃性、 毒性和腐蚀性,因此管理工作上存在很多难题.通过制定科学的管理方案,加强学生的安全意识,对实验室技术人员进行专业培训,提高专业素养,及时正确处理实验中的突发情况等手段来解决难题.对无机化学实验室的科学化管理进行一系列的实践活动,收到较好的成效.妥善处理实验中产生的对人体有害并污染环境"三废",保护环境并增强学生的环保意识.

Due to the various drugs and equipment and a large amount of flammable,toxic and corrosive reagent,there are many problems on the management of inorganic chemistry laboratory.These problems were solved by drawing up reasonable management projects,strengthening students＇ safety awareness,providing professional training for laboratory technician in order to improve professionalism and treating emergencies properly and timely.Positive results have been achieved after a series of activities which course reformation on inorganic chemistry laborator...
