研究了香蕉3种添加方式（捣碎物、上清液、沉淀物）及其相应浓度梯度对疏花石斛试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,1/2MS附加浓度为10%香蕉上清液时对疏花石斛试管苗生长的促进作用最佳,而且试管苗可溶性糖含量也最高。
