We have made unification between phenomenological method of four parameters mechanics model to study the viscosities of crystalline materials during structural relaxation processes and two-level model to describe amorphous materials and applied theory of activation energy spectrum to investigate the viscosities of amorphous materials during structural relaxation processes phenomenally and obtained a new relaxation law of viscosity.
