In order to improve the accuracy of distance education quality evaluation, a dynamic evaluation method of distance education quality based on the theory of MOOC is proposed. The fuzzy correlation constraint method is used to evaluate the remote MOOC teaching quality dynamically. The big data in the process of the dynamic evaluation of the remote MOOC teaching quality is mined by association rules to obtain the binary semantic features of the remote MOOC teaching quality.
