政府公信力是影响政治发展和社会稳定的关键因素。“为民务实清廉”既是对党员干部的明确要求，也是提升政府公信力的必然要求。它包括坚持执政为民，服务人民群众，提升人民群众对政府的信用指数；坚持求真务实，破解工作难题，满足人民群众对政府的殷切期盼；坚持反腐倡廉，建设廉洁政治，保持政府在群众心中的清廉形象。

Governmental public trust is the key factor to influence political development and social stability. Being people-oriented, being pragmatic, being incorrupt are not only the clear requirements for CPC members and cadres, but also the necessary requirements to promote governmental public trust. The government is for the people and to serve the people, so as to improve the people’s trust index for the government.
