本文以典型的夏热冬冷地区益阳市某居住建筑为研究对象，结合夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准，利用理论分析及模拟计算的方法，以单位面积能耗值与现行的50%节能率为基准，比较了三种屋顶类型在益阳地区的适应性。
