当前社会,普遍存在着激励现象,激励已经渗透到各行各业中,但是在我国对于在校学生的激励教育研究还没有得到发展。本文从过程型激励理论开始谈起,结合过程型激励理论在高校体育专业教学中的实验性应用,分析研究了过程型激励理论在高校体育教学中所产生的作用,同时得出过程型激励理论在高校体育专业教学中的应用可以提高教学目标的结论。
