通过文献资料法、逻辑归纳法，从人文主义的视角反观现代体育课程，分析人文主义的体育价值观，树立人文主义体育价值的理念。“人”的发展迫切地呼唤着课程指向人的“终极关怀”、指向人的生活、指向人的自由交流与对话。从而使得现代体育课程人文素质的回归，这也是体育教学的必然要求。
