竞技体育后备人才培养是体育强国建设深度推进的重要战略。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,从博弈论的角度,梳理竞技体育后备人才培养各主体间的利益关系,分析利益结构和各方利益诉求,指出应构建与中国竞技体育后备人才培养相适应的利益补偿机制,从完善制度体系、健全政策保障,转变政府职能、发挥调节功能,引入社会力量、发挥舆论监督,以及深化体教融合、破除现实瓶颈等路径,保障利益补偿机制的顺利运行,以解决竞技体育改革过程中各种利益矛盾和冲突。
