采用文献资料法和调查分析法在对新型城镇化、公共体育服务体系相关概念辨析和对湖南省公共体育服务供给现状调查分析的基础上认为,湖南省公共体育服务的供给在政策制定、场地保证、活动开展、品牌特色打造方面取得了一定成绩,但也面临着供给不充分、发展不平衡、体系不健全、职责不到位、供给效率不高等困难和挑战.就此提出了明确新型城镇化对公共体育服务体系的要求、做好顶层设计、合理选择路径等对策和建议.

Using methods of literature, investigation and analysis, based on analysis of the relevant concepts of new urbanization and distinguishing public sports service system, and based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of public sports service in Hunan Province, it is thought that some achievements of public sports service in Hunan province has been made including supply in policy formulation, field assurance, activities, brand building.
