DV影像制作的出现已有十年,DV影像让中国个人影像创作得到解放,作为一种媒介形式,带来了民众更大的表达自由。近年手机电影的出现是一种新颖的拍摄与制作电影的方式,其平民化影像话语方式,又预示着一个新的电影时代的来临。从手机电影和DV影像作为影像话语表达的角度来看,有其平民化、个人化等共同特点。但在制作,传播方式和产业结构等方面,两者又有所不同。
