With electric vehicles (EVs) pouring into infrastructure systems, coupled traffic and energy transportation networks (CTETNs) can be applied to capture the interactions between the power grids and transportation networks. However, most research has focused solely on the impacts of EV penetration on power grids or transportation networks.
