图书馆缺书与书商图书积压是两个不同行业存在的大问题,能否将图书流通渠道库存积压图书低价或无偿转赠给图书馆?通过这种途径既减轻流通渠道的库存压力,又解决图书馆图书资源紧缺问题,本文对此进行了可行性研究.

Libraries’lacking of books and booksellers’overstocking of books are two ring big problems existing in the Two different trades.Could it be possible to let the overstocking books transferring in low prices or presenting to the Libraries?
