在城市与农村边界日渐模糊的形势下,城中村的治理已成为不可避免的关键性问题.新型城镇化的持续推进给农村与城市的空间格局带来重大变迁,对城中村治理的关注成为新型城镇化理论研究者的应然选项.为突破城中村的治理困境,应突出顶层设计的城中村治理理念,基于主体协同的城中村治理创新,建立"多中心"的城中村治理秩序.
