高校图书馆人力资源的开发与管理对提高图书馆的工作效率和实现图书馆服务育人的目标有着重大的意义。通过系统的分析,湖南高校图书馆人力资源管理现状存在着人力资源结构不合理、管理制度不规范等问题,应该优化配置图书馆的人力资源,通过引入图书馆职业资格认证制度、建立学科馆员制度和激励机制等一系列的途径来提高图书馆工作人员的整体素质,实现图书馆的科学与可持续发展。

The development and management of human resources in university libraries is significant to improve the efficiency of libraries and realize the good service goals of libraries.
