With 12 men aged 60-65 as the subjects groups for the scheduled 16-week resistance training program, this paper aims to evaluate and contrast their muscle strength, quantity and flexibility, quality of balance of those who have implemented resistance training program, thus to explore the feasibility of resistance exercise.
