The group eigenvalue method and extension set theory were used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the satisfaction degree for the public transportion. Analyzing the factors that influence the satisfaction degree of public transportion, it puts forward the evaluation index system of satisfaction degree. In order to determine effectively the satisfaction degree, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight, and the matter element model of satisfaction degree for public transportion was constructed.
