A Dicussion on the Soldiers Commanded by the Officers of Military Jurisdictional Area of Wei and Jin Dynasty

魏晋都督制形成于建安年间,到黄初元年正式确立.关于魏晋都督将军所统之兵,以前史学界存在不同看法,认为都督将军非地方官,故不带地方兵.然而,地方州郡兵应属于中、外军中的"外军",故都督将军所统之兵含中央驻屯军和地方州郡兵.

Preceding historical circles had different opinions on the soldiers who were commanded by the officers of military jurisdictional area. Through dialectical proof, this paper regards the local-stated soldiers belong to 'outside soldiers' among the governmental and local-stated soldiers.
