在水合硫酸氢钠存在下由邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇合成了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯.当邻苯二甲酸酐、正丁醇与硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:4:0.22,回流分水2 h,产品收率达92%.比较了几种硫酸盐在合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的催化活性.

Dibutyl phthalate was synthesized from phthalic anhydride and n -butanol in the presence of sodium bisulfate hydrate.
