分析了地方高校建筑学专业毕业设计存在的问题:学生积极性不高、指导教师指导水平有限、方案生成缺少逻辑、学生图纸深度不够、缺少有效管理与科学考核机制。从培养建筑学人才核心能力角度,提出了提升毕业设计质量的对策:提高毕业设计课题质量、提升指导教师能力、邀请技术专业教师参与指导、建立毕业设计淘汰机制、加强毕业设计管理和考核等。指出在就业前景不乐观的情况下,地方院校应高度重视毕业设计对人才培养质量的作用,正视毕业设计存在的问题,加强建筑学专业的毕业设计管理,采取有效措施积极解决毕业设计中存在的问题,确保人才培养质量。
