张翥词作融南北宋词风，于清代得到广泛的传播与接受。清前期浙西词学推崇张翥词作姜派之风及格律音韵；清后期常州词派赏张翥词作忧时伤乱及以词为史的特点。同时，身处浙常二派交汇的张翥词风亦对介于浙常二派中间词人群体的形成及促进词坛全面繁荣有着重要的影响。

ZHANG Zhu＇s poems were widely spread and accepted in Qing Dynasty because they had style of Nan Song and Bei Song. In early Qing Dynasty ZheXi Ci-Poetic school respected ZHANG＇s work because it had style of Jiang and Metrical Phonology; in late Qing Dynasty Changzhou Ci-Poetic school appreciate his work because ZHANG＇s worries and feelings for the chaos and the characteristics of linking the words with history.
