网络环境对高校图书馆的参考咨询服务提出了更高的要求,传统的参考咨询服务已无法满足读者的信息需求。对目前湖南省高校图书馆参考咨询服务现状进行了调查分析,结合作者在高校图书馆工作的实践经验,提出了助力湖南省高校图书馆参考咨询服务发展的几点建设性意见。
