房地产企业是一个备受公众关注和争议的特殊群体,现仍有相当一部分房地产企业存在社会责任意识淡泊、行为失范现象,利用虚假广告诱骗购房者、故意拉抬房价、大肆图地炒地、占用耕地、只为富人建房、偷漏税.为促使房地产企业更好地履行社会责任,应在企业内部建立合作共赢的战略理念和相应的利益平衡机制;在外部形成社会合力,使市场博弈机制更有效,提高企业不履行社会责任的成本,以及改变企业的决策目标函数.

The real estate company is a sepial group which has close relationship with macro economics and people＇ s life. Nowadays, threr are more and more expectation and criticism for them, because a few of real estate companies have some problems, such as cheating custormer with false advertisement, swigging up house price, surrounding and selling land, taking up farmland, building house only for the rich, envasion tax, etc. In order to make the real estate company perform social duty more activly, we should build a system to increase cost of escapin...
