***制作为一种资源整合模式,运用于体育领域便成为体育***制。我国体育***制主要运用于竞技体育领域,金牌战略则是其统领性方案,其应然使命是＂夺标育人＂。然而,只见＂夺标＂,不见＂育人＂是金牌战略的实然缺失。建议我国体育***制的金牌战略重新审视竞技运动的价值取向,加强竞技与教育的结合,践行人文关怀理念,重拾奥林匹克精神。
