Formulas are deduced to calculate creep and shrinkage stresses of reinforced concrete beams based on creep transformedsection method, and creep coeffcients of plain concrete are obtained according to two years test on concrete columns. A program was coded to calculate section stresses under sustained loading, and the stress redistribution regulation of completely cracked concrete beams due to creep and shrinkage effect was analyzed.
