区域发展是动态的，城市群发展的实质就是区域一体化不断推进的过程，是一个从布局合理到功能完善再到制度整合的纵深推进过程，以此构建长株潭城市群区域一体化程度综合测度指标，对长株潭城市群2003-2015年一体化程度进行定量测度，结果表明：（1）2003-2015年长株潭城市群一体化程度在不断加深并呈现较为明显的阶段性，一体化综合得分从2003年的0．0754增长到2015年的0．8854；②在影响布局一体化因素中，交通设施对其影响最为明显，产业分工指数呈现下降趋势，生态空间指数则增长缓慢；③在五大区域流动要素中，人口流动变化幅度较小，货物流动、资金流动、信息流动、技术流动四者上升明显；...
