In this paper, the application of chemometrics coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC–DAD)for the rapid and sensitive quantitativeanalysis of seven flavonoids in the raw and purified propolis samples was investigated.The objective of this paper was to receive a successful resolution of the complex propolis matrix with minimum experimental time (3.5min) when appearing unknown interferences, highly overlapping peaks, time and baseline drifts among chromatograms.
