加强毕业设计过程管理,提高毕业设计质量,对进一步增强学生专业应用能力,实现学生从学校到社会的无缝对接尤为重要.在近些年土木工程专业毕业设计管理的改革与实践中,通过采取提前切入课题、实行集中设计与指导模式、制定质量控制手册、采取分阶段计分与评价、实施严格的考勤制度等措施,保证了设计时间、精力投入和正常教学秩序,实现了毕业设计质量与进度的有效控制,取得了良好效果.
