为揭示促生菌对Cd胁迫下蒌蒿光合特性的作用机理，利用具有促生功能的芽孢杆菌（Bacillus sp.,T3）,成团泛菌（Pantoea agglomerans,J2）,荧光假单胞菌（Pseudomonas fluorescens,Y5）的混合菌剂进行盆栽接种试验，研究促生菌对Cd胁迫下蒌蒿光合气体交换、光合色素、光合矿质元素和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明：接种促生菌蒌蒿净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率显著增加，胞间CO2浓度明显降低；叶绿素a,叶绿素b,总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量增加，叶绿素a/b值显著降低；最大光化学效率、实际光化学量子产量、相对电子传递速率、光化学淬灭系系数显著增加，非光化学淬灭系数显著降低；蒌蒿对光合矿...
