In order to study the interaction mechanism of pile soil, the calculation of the pile soil system was built by the numerical method, the skin friction and axial stress distribution of pile were analyzed as well as the variation discipline of neutral point position and the soil displacement situation. The results show that the negative skin friction of pile first increases then decreases, and finally changes to the positive skin friction.
