In order to enhance the accuracy of the workpiece in the process of vibration cutting, a soft sensing model on vibration cutting force was established based on least squares support vector machine. And then the model was simulated and analyzed using gathered data from vibration cutting experiment system of numerically controlled lathe as input parameters and vibration cutting force as output parameter.
