This study was conducted to investigate the biodegradation ability of the mixed culture of Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger through the study of the organic matter extracted from rice straw and the lignocellulose structure by using gas chromatography–mass spectrometer (GC-MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
