Study on influencing factors and calculation model of guiding strength of trenchless HDD bit

从非开挖HDD技术施工工艺出发,阐述了水平定向钻进中钻头进行导向的工作原理,分析了导向强度的影响因素,即岩土体强度、导向钻头斜掌的结构形状、钻杆刚度、冲洗液、给进力大小与速度.经计算模型得出:岩土体强度、导向钻头斜掌的结构形状与钻杆刚度是影响钻头导向强度的主要因素;设计与施工阶段应重视导向强度的作用,避免因导向孔设计不合理(造斜段与水平段衔接处导向强度过大)而发生钻杆断裂、拖管卡管或管道变形损伤等工程事故.

Based on the construction process of trenchless HDD technology,this paper elaborates the working principle of the bit guide in horizontal directional drilling technology and comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of the guiding strength,including the strength of rock and soil,the structure shape of the guide bit's inclined foot,the stiffness of the drill pipe,the washing fluid,the size and speed of the feed force.Through the calculation model,it is concluded that the strength of rock and soil,the structural shape of the inclined palm of the guide bit and the stiffness of the drill pi...
