文化生态园产业是转变经济发展方式、调整经济发展结构、培育发展壮大文化软实力、提高城市核心竞争力和持续影响力的重要抓手。采用SWOT分析法,研判益阳市文化生态园产业集群发展的优势与劣势,认为可以通过产业多样化、集约化、专业化、双赢化四重维度建构益阳市文化生态园产业集群发展战略,进一步提炼文化生态园与新型城镇化之间的关系,促进新型城镇化与文化生态园产业集群之间的深度互动关系。
