The mid-span deflection of the three pieces of the steel-concrete composite continuous box beam is analyzed in this paper. The calculation expression of the deflection of the composite beam is created and that of the crack length in the negative bending moment region of the concrete bearing is deducted, both of which are achieved by considering the influences of cracking and slip effects and using the conversion section method and the virtual work principle.
