＂大益阳城市圈＂体育旅游开发的优势在于体育旅游资源丰富、体育文化底蕴深厚,劣势在于经济发展相对落后、缺乏有影响力的拳头产品,面临周边地区的强烈竞争、体育旅游资源的差异化不足等挑战,但也有国家层面政策支持、区位优势逐渐显现的机遇。益阳应统一规划、错位发展,突出特色、打造品牌,信息共享、营销共联,完善设施、吸引投资,提升理念、提高服务的开发构想,以促进体育旅游资源的一体化开发。
