特色小镇建设作为推动新型城镇化建设的重要举措,在引领城乡一体化发展的过程中起到了非常重要的作用。但在不断深化特色小镇建设的过程中也随之出现了一些观念认知、规划设计、具体实施等方面的问题。这些问题如果不加以解决,势必影响到特色小镇建设的有效开展。因此,在特色小镇建设过程中找准其文化功能定位,有利于实现城市文化与乡土文化的交汇融合,也有利于在传承传统文化的基础上不断推动文化创新。
