建立现代化的体育治理体系,需要对转型以来我国体育体制所隐含的结构性问题进行分析,我国体育管理的体制由政府管理型向结合治理型转变,其实质是重塑体育管理的治理结构,即由传统的国家单一主体向协同的国家、社会、市场多元共治主体转变;当前体育治理结构的方向已经确定,但政府、社会、市场关系仍处于调整之中;体育治理结构的转变需要警惕其内卷化的可能;基于体育治理问题的跨界,需要通过体育治理的跨界整合才有可能实现体育治理的现代化与体育治理的善治。

It is a problem to analyze the structure problem in sport mechanism in China and to build up the modern sport governance system. Some conclusions are as follows： The transition from government management to comprehensive governance belongs to a reconstruction of sport governance system. For the current sport governance the structure development trend, the relation among government, society and market that is being adjusted all the time.
