"大众创业万众创新"推进进程中制度滞后可能引发创业负外部性的问题,产生潜在的"第一桶金原罪",因此创业伦理体系构建具备很强的必要性.在伦理体系构建中,创业应将社会价值与个人价值统一起来,通过伦理目标的干预引导创业者在制度欠缺的环境下审视自身创业过程的合理性.生态创业作为伦理实现的重要领域与手段,为当前"大众创业万众创新"提供了新的发展方向与目标.在"生态创业"理念下,创业者无论从生态中获取创业机会还是以生态标准规范自身创业行为,都有效地将社会的可持续发展要求与个体发展统一起来,实现了社会价值与个人价值的平衡,符合创业伦理发展要求.

With the enforcement of ＂Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂ in China the negative externality is aroused from lagged institutions that has been widely spread. The case of ＂original sin from first pot of gold＂ confirms the necessity of establishing entrepreneurial ethics and the entrepreneurship that should be the mixture of social value and individual value.
