城市发展转型受社会经济转型的直接影响,城市规划应适应城市发展转型要求.从社会经济发展转型,提出了城市发展目标的转变,进而分析了城市规划从单一规划走向多规融合、从规模扩张走向内涵发展、从城市本位走向城乡统筹、从建设本位走向生态优化、从物质本位走向文化繁荣、从生产本位走向宜居为本、从空间本位走向精神家园、从政府主导走向公众参与等8大新的趋势.
