Effects of ＂Fu Jinhua＂ Fuzhuan Brick Tea on Hyperuricemia in Mice

研究富金花茯散茶对氧嗪酸钾致高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸代谢与相关酶活性的影响.将60只雄性KM种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组(别嘌呤醇)、茯茶低剂量组(125 mg/kg)、茯茶中剂量组(250 mg/kg)、茯茶高剂量组(500 mg/kg).连续灌胃7 d后腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾(300 mg/kg)造模,空白组注射等量蒸馏水.采样后测定小鼠血尿酸(UA)、肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性.造模后,茯茶高剂量组血尿酸浓度较对照组降低35.2%(P

It is to study the effect of ＂Fu Jinhua＂Fuzhuan brick tea on the level of uric acid in hyperuricemia mice and to investigate the mechanism initally. Methods： sixty KM mice were divided into normal group,model group, positive drug group（Allopurinol）,Fuzhuan low group（125 mg/kg）,Fuzhuan middle group（250 mg/kg）, Fuzhuan high group（500 mg/kg）.Ig 7 days after intarperitoneal injection the potassium oxonate（300 mg/kg）for model,control group were with distilled water.
