培养创新人才是教育的本质与功能。为培养创新人才，思政课教学和考试改革都已进入攻坚阶段。那么什么样的考试更加有利于创新人才的培养呢？什么样的考试是有效的呢？能最大限度地实现德育目标对学生进行的考试考核测量手段就是有效的考试，能最大限度地实现创新人才培养这一功能目标的考试，就是有效的考试。为此，明确考试的目的是培养创新人才，探索符合创新人才培养目标的考试模式以及建立相关激励机制是提高思政课考试有效性和培养创新人才的有效途径。

To nurse the innovation talent is the essence and function of education. In order to nurse the innovation talents it is the key to reform the ideology and politics course test.
