施工承包合同管理是关系施工企业经济效益乃至全局成败的重要工作。目前,我国部分施工企业法律意识淡泊,随意签订或变更合同,甚至受利益驱使随意签订分包合同;在合同管理上责任不清,流程不合理。为此,应提高管理人员素质,特别是其法律意识,重组合同管理工作流程,明确人员职责,及时组织检查,并加大奖惩力度。
