湖南民营中小企业整体融资效率低,表现为严重依赖内源融资,过渡依赖银行信贷,民间借贷是融资的重要组成,股票融资与债券融资难度大,融资成本高。其低效率融资的表面原因和本质原因均涉及企业自身、金融机构、政府和社会等多方面。企业需要优化自身环境,拓宽融资渠道,提高内源融资效率;政府管理部门、银行及其他相关部门要立足于建立多元化、多层次的中小企业融资体系,提高外源融资效率。

The paper,at first,analysis the actual situation of the financing efficiency of private small and middle enterprises shortened as the SMEs in Hunan and the deep reasons for inefficient financing;Then,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,from financing costs,funds of five perspectives,it made analysis the financing efficiency of internal financing,equity financing mode of five main financings.It evaluates the whole financing efficiency,obtaines the best financing order：the internal financing bank loan private loans bond financing equi...
