现代企业人力资源的德性需求要求企业从创业伦理、管理伦理、经营伦理和责任伦理四个方面进行人力资源伦理开发。高校德育应明确自身的时代使命，加强校企合作，针对企业伦理要求进行改革与创新，建构企业伦理教育视野下的高校德育体系。
