语言不能脱离文化而存在,文化是语言赖以生存的土壤。从文化翻译的视角,以语用学为理论基础,通过比较英汉差异,找准文化空缺词汇产生的缘由,探讨从语用学视角处理文化空缺词汇的翻译技巧,有利于增强译者的文化意识,提高译者的文化修养和译文质量。
