现代法治国家一般建立严格的司法官遴选制度,确立司法官职业一体化、专业化和精英化原则,实现司法官逐级晋升制,是司法官遴选制度通用规则。有三种各具特色的司法官遴选模式。我国可在司法官遴选制度比较研究基础上,构建中国司法官遴选制度。
