现代城市文化在内在构成、相互关系、发展机制等方面与自然生态环境中物种之间、物种与环境之间的关系形态存在着很多相似之处。因此,从文化生态学角度去研究城市文化,解读地域文化与外来文化、传统文化与现代文化、城市文化与乡村文化相互之间所存在的差异以及城市文化的多样性特征,可以更好地把握城市文化中文化元素的差异性与多样性,并且在认知的基础上解决文化差异性与文化多样性相统一的问题,以实现现代城市文化和谐发展。
